Dear Jeff and Lori - I would like to thank you for the excellent home you provided us with on our recent stay in Disney World. I must admit that I was skeptical beforehand, but the home was all you advertised it to be, and an great value to boot! Feel free to use this e-mail in your advertising. In fact, as a token of my appreciation, I would be willing to answer inquiries from people who want to talk to someone who has stayed at one of your properties. We only had one problem, which I can help you solve for others. Hy 192 is currently under repair, and the trip back and forth from Disney, or other attractions is very frustrating and time consuming--due to the road construction. Fortunately, I found a quick alternate route that others would greatly appreciate. Osceola Parkway is an excellent road that parallels Hwy 192. However, the map does not show any road that connects to it, even though there is one. A few blocks east of Splendid China, Sherberth Road crosses Hwy 192 (by the Union 76 gas station). Simply turn left on Sherberth, and this will take you to Osceola Parkway, which connects the Disney Animal Kingdom Resort to the other Disney Theme Parks. This is an excellent road, and will save those who stay with you much time and aggravation. I sure wish I knew about this earlier, as I wasted over 1 hour sitting in traffic. I had a good map of the area too, but it did not show that Sherberth Road connects to Osceola Parkway. I hope you pass this information on to other vacationers, and thanks again for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable.

Hi Jeff and Lori! Thanks for asking about our stay. .Check in was quick and painless.....(which I was personally thankful for because we were all hot, tired and looked a mess after 20 hours of driving.) We filled out a short form, paid our balance on the house and our requested discount tickets and we were handed our directions and our key. That´s it! We were on our way to a hot shower and a good meal within 10 minutes. The house not only met our needs, but actually exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean and beautiful, and it was spacious enough to accommodate our large group with room to spare! Everything that we needed was already there and all we had to buy was a few groceries. We couldn´t have asked for anything more. The kids had a blast in the pool, but for the adults it was too cold to swim in. The next time that we go we´re definitely getting the pool heated. We didn´t think that we´d need the pool heated in May, but we´ll know for next time. We´ll never stay in a hotel again. It was nice to be able to save money on lodging, avoid the expense of eating out, and not have to step all over each other in a cramped hotel room. We´ll definitely stay with you again next year!

We were housed at 1007 Soaring Eagle in the Eagle Pointe community. The home and surrounding area were lovely. I was initially a little nervous making reservations online and sight unseen, but I would (and will) recommend this type of rental to anyone traveling to the Orlando area. The house was even nicer than we hoped to expect. Being on the small lake was also a nice surprise. We saw turtles, fish jumping, birds and even had a baby alligator visit!!! Then traveled down to Fort Meyers Beach, and stayed in 2 homes we rented through v.b.r.o. The homes on the beach were advertised to have the same accommodations, and cleanliness that yours did. Your homes met and even exceeded those advertisements. The homes on the beach, the one we got stuck with in particular, was filthy. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty furniture, dirty bathrooms, no TV as promised, due to a recent break in. It was so bad, that we stayed in a hotel 2 nights instead of going back to the house. Doing that saved the last couple nights of our vacation. I just thought you might be interested in what your competition is up to. Keep up the good work Donna, we have many great memories from our vacation, much of it due to your wonderful homes.

Dear Editors - Not long ago you made a brief mention in your newsletter about Dream Homes in Florida. My wife, daughter, grandson and I have stayed in a Dream Home for the last two weeks and will depart on Tuesday. It has been a wonderful experience. We rented an almost new (2-3 years old) three bedroom, two bath, living/dining room, kitchen and two car garage for about $105 per day. The home is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences such as microwave oven, TV, VCR, dishes, furniture, in other words, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. After using the initial supply, you will of course have to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels and dinner napkins, etc. My wife located Dream Homes on the Internet and all the paper work was handled by e-mail and FAX. When we arrived late in the evening, our instructions were to go from the airport to their office (detailed instruction on how to get there were provided), use a code to open a box to retrieve our keys with instructions about how to get there. We were instructed to go to their office the next day to complete the paper work which also was easy to do. When we arrived at the home, we found it to be spotless. It is 1215 square feet in area and has a screen enclosed, but not heated, swimming pool. Heating the pool costs $20/day but it was quite warm enough for us to swim in without heating. It has been a great experience, one that my wife and I would definitely recommend.

The house was spacious, the neighborhood quiet, and the heated pool great. The flights were delayed (as always), but after a 25 hour journey we arrived at your office at 1 AM, not quite sure what to expect. Hi Lance - Once again we had a great time in one of your homes. We loved the house you gave us at 1032 Soaring Eagle. Since we were the first renters we made sure it was left in excellent shape!!! We over bought some food, so I thought I would tell you so if you cleaning crew or yourself would like lunch on us you can take the extras. In the freezer there is coffee, and a pizza. In the refrigerator there is pudding cups, a full case of beer and some coke. Along with spaghetti sauce, pasta and canned veggies in the cabinet next to the refrigerator. Mark and Susan - Thanks for the follow-up, most businesses don´t care about you once you are gone! Our vacation home at 7803 Laurel Oak Lane in the Indian Ridge Oaks subdivision met or exceeded all our expectations! Check-in with Lance was both fast and humorous! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The proximity to Disney was excellent. Close enough for convenience but far enough away to avoid the congestion and clamor of highway 192. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet, peaceful, and restful. The only noises we heard as we slept were the local birds stirring in the early morning. The pool was also very clean and was a good size as we had asked for. My daughter enjoyed it tremendously. We all enjoyed the variety of programming available on the cable TV channels. The home had plenty of plates and utensils to make preparing and serving meals easy. There was even a charcoal BBQ grill supplied so I did not have to use the tiny one we brought from home. About the only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have left the key at the home upon departure, rather than have to had to return it to the office which was somewhat out of our way, but I assume that would cause certain logistical problems. That is a small point. Our 13 days passed quickly and although we were ready to return home, we left with mixed emotions. My daughter sure misses the pool! I think perhaps we are Floridians at heart. I cannot understand why anyone would stay at a hotel, but I am glad they do because that provides improved availability of the homes. We will certainly consider Orlando’s Finest Homes for our next visit!

Hi! We just got back from a great vacation in Kissimmee Fl. at one of your wonderful homes. We didn’t expect something so nice but we were surely praying that it would be. Our kids thought the private pool was the greatest. To be able to come back to the house and get in the pool as late as you like was just great. Since the homes were advertised to be able to hold 6 to 8 people, we invited my nephew so he could sleep on the sofa bed. But once we got there, there was no sofa bed. We just went back to the office and told them that we thought we would have a sofa bed. They just said O.K. and within minutes had us another key to a much bigger house!!!!! It was great. Once we arrived to our home, it was beautiful. Everything was great. It was everything we wanted. We enjoyed the pool and our privacy every day we were there. Dear Lance, I just had to write and express our appreciation for all you and your staff did to accommodate my family, during our vacation to your city last June. When we arrived (after hours) to your office, you took the time to welcome us and explain the tricks of getting around the construction traffic, to the various parks in the area. You also took the bold step of saying you were not going to stop trying, until by mother-in-law cracked a smile (no easy task, believe me). Well, by the end of our stay in your vacation home, we all were smiling. The kids really enjoyed the pool in the backyard, my wife and I appreciated the kitchen, which lowered our eating-out costs, and the in-laws took advantage of the well appointed master bedroom, just off the pool.
